Why do I need a Personal Coach?

One of the primary reasons that someone should have a personal coach is that they can educate you on all aspects of health, fitness and exercise. Knowledge is power and when it comes to your fitness goals, having a proper understanding of what is required for you to reach those goals is incredibly empowering

Are your Coaches qualified?

Not only are we qualified, we have been in the fitness industry for nearly 10 years. We believe in ongoing personal development and upskilling, so our members are able to receive the best service, confidence and education

Do you create meal plans?

We have special dietary guidelines, from a certified nutritionist. Clients are able to work with our partnered nutritionist at their own expense

How do you assess new clients?

Every 12 weeks, we reassess our goals, measurements and performance indicators. Making changes where needed. You are able to track your progress through our client portal

When do I need a Personal Coach?

When you have tried and tried different approaches but end up in the same place you don’t want to be.

You do not have the knowledge, confidence or support to aid you in helping achieve your goals

How do I know what program is best for me?

Every individual has different needs and goals. We help find the right program fit for you

What are the costs?

We have built services suited for everyone’s goals and budget. This all depends on the program suited for you

I'm too unfit and not ready to join the group personal training sessions.

Our sessions cater for all fitness levels.

We provide regressive and progressive formats, movements, encouraging you to work at your own pace, skill level and intensity, guided by our professional coaches

Are there any lock in contracts?

We have 6 month and 12-month agreements. The reason for this is we know how long it takes to get results. As experienced coaches we would see people come in, and leave after a month, affecting our ability and values to deliver results

What if I need to put my membership on hold?

You may temporarily suspend your membership for travel or medical reasons. At a minimum of 1 month. Just let us know, we are understanding and make it super easy for you. There is a $10 suspension fee

What happens if I miss a session?

We simply reschedule your session within the next week. However keep in mind we do have a 12 hour policy like any other professional service, if you cancel your session within 12 hours, this will result in  a forfeit
