All group fitness classes are designed to help all fitness levels achieve great results. Learning about yourself along the way, working at your own pace, movement and abilities in a supportive community.

Our goal is to help you restore everyday functionality, making life activities easier, through working smarter, moving better, living stronger

 

Strength & Conditioning 1

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING 1

Focus: Squat and Push Pattern variations / GREEN – YELLOW Zone

Monday: 6:00am – 9:45am – 6:00pm

What you can expect:

Working through various full body exercises, Learning technique and building confidence to help strengthen, build muscle, shape and tone.

Leaving you feeling stronger, fitter, and more in tune with your body, reducing the risk of injuries, and maximizing body balance, coordination, and mind muscle connection.

Focus: Hip Hinge and Push Pattern variations / GREEN – YELLOW Zone

Wednesday: 6:00am – 9:45am – 6:00pm

What you can expect: 

Working through various full body exercises, learning technique, building core,  posture, confidence shape and tone.

Leaving you feeling stronger, physically robust, more in tune with your body, and enhanced mind muscle connection.

Our ageing stronger program is for our 70+ members only. You can expect to work on balance, strength, stability, posture and mobility! All the things to to give you the confidence to live an active life

CONDITIONING 1

CONDITIONING 1

Focus: Anaerobic system / YELLOW – RED Zone

Tuesday: 6:00am – 9:45am – 6:00pm

What you can expect:

Improve your lactic threshold, increasing the aerobic system and building overall fitness level, where you work one to improve the other.

In this session we focus on short high intensity intervals progressively increasing each week over a period of 4 week phases.

Promoting fat loss, strengthening bones, cardiovascular endurance, reducing risks and health conditions.

CONDITIONING 2

CONDITIONING 2

Focus: Aerobic system / YELLOW Zone

Thursday: 6:00am – 9:45pm – 6:00pm

What you can expect:

Improve cardiovascular conditioning, increasing stamina, reducing fatigue and recovery time.

In this session we focus on long high intensity intervals, progressively increasing each week over a period of 4 week phases.

Promoting fat loss, heart and lung fitness, bone and muscle strength.

RUN CLUB

RUN CLUB 1

Focus: Fartlek training involves varying the intensity or speed of your run to improve your fitness and endurance.

What to expect:

Progressive weekly interval running at the oval, to help you increase your overall endurance.

Great for all fitness levels.

RUN CLUB 2

RUN CLUB 2

Focus: Long Distance running, starting slow and working toward building up the length of the run each week.  YELLOW Zone

What to expect:

There will be 2 groups , Beginner and Intermediate.

Beginner group will start on a 1-2km track and progressively build it up each week

Intermediate group will start at 3-4km track and progressively build up each week as well

Benefit: Improves your stamina and aerobic endurance.

GAME DAY

GAME DAY

Focus: Full body, overall strength and conditioning.

Saturday: 7:00am

What to expect:

All your training during the week comes down to performing at your best in a team environment.

Coming together to motivate, encourage, support and work together as a team to achieve your optimal performance.

RECOVERY

RECOVERY

Focus: Lengthening tight muscles,  Strengthen posture and mobility

Friday: 6:00am

What you can expect:

In this session, we focus on specific body parts over the course of 4 week phases applying different techniques such myofascial release and trigger points.

Improving stability, mobility, posture, functionality that translate into everyday living. A great way to reduce injury, improve recovery and performance.

Boxing

BOXING

Focus: Cardiovascular, Coordination / RED Zone

What you can expect:

Friday: 5:15am-9:45am

In this sweat session, we focus on building your fitness, muscular endurance, coordination and stamina.

Learning how to box, pad and move effectively, reducing risk of injuries.

Get your heart pumping, whilst having fun burning calories, strengthening your upper body and core, and relieving stress.
